I like how the photographer has used the lighting of the sun to his asset, having the sun flares coming from the opposite direction and still not enough to create a silhouette of the woman. What lacks here is originality, as I've seen such settings a lot before and have done a photo shoot similar to this as well.
Everything else is pretty top notch, especially the subtle post processing techniques you've taken on. Red and blue phases don't go together so often, but you've made that happen!
What I would suggest is to use much more of the resources available at the harbour to your photograph and make it more interactive with the model. Great work none-the-less, and it is certainly one of my favourite urban photographs... congrats!
