Calm

This is a beautiful shot with a wonderful use of contrasting colours to emphasise the subject.

Vision
It's blurry, and it looks a little "too perfect" with a photoshopped effect. To me, this makes it lose it's natural edge and seems artificial. I like the contrasting tones and light as I have said, but her expression and the over-exaggeration on her face just takes away simplistic beauty which is what I tend to look for in shots like this.


Originality
It's not an original shot, but you have carried out with maturity and I like that.

Technique
The angle is wrong to me, I think maybe flipping around would help. You've got the proximity right though, and I think maybe changing the background would help illuminate the potential beauty here. Paying attention to the surrounding environment is key, and the steps which are faded out are good but they're distracting.

In all, I like the dress and I think if it wasn't so unauthentic, this would be a fantastic shot. I just think it's too glam and I'm not sure if that was your intention.
